              X Pac Fabrics
X-Pac® is a brand of Dimension-Polyant, the world leader in manufacturing advanced, high-quality sailcloth. The X-Pac® story is one of innovation and determination. It’s a story that began with a team of passionate sailors and textile enthusiasts — each with equal amounts of grit in their teeth and saltwater in their veins — who saw a need for a better sail and set out to revolutionize the industry. Today, over 50 years later, we are the world leader in manufacturing advanced, high-quality sail cloth.
On that foundation of innovation, we built our X-Pac® line of laminate pack fabrics. Much like a technical racing sail, a X-Pac® needs to perform in the face of varying environmental and physical forces. Our fabrics do that and then some. Remarkably durable with an impressive strength-to-weight ratio and 100% waterproof. X-Pac®fabrics are designed to perform, no matter what you encounter.
VX07 RIPSTOP
Featuring a ripstop face, our most popular mid-weight X4 laminate provides a rugged combination of light weight and high tear-resistance.
VX21
The world’s most popular laminated pack fabric. X-Pac® VX21 is a low-stretch, waterproof construction, featuring 210-denier face fabric, and provides an ideal balance of weight and durability.
VX21 SOFT
Laminated without a layer of polyester film in the construction, the fabric has a softer hand and is more compressible and ideal for soft or silent applications.
VX21 CIRÉ
Specially conditioned nylon for exceptional abrasion resistance and a glossy finish.
VX42
With a 420D face, this X4 laminate is the best choice for high stress/abrasion areas in combination with lighter fabrics, or for entire applications requiring exceptional strength and durability.
RVX25
A 100% polyester laminate construction option that is completely waterproof, exceptionally rugged, and provides extreme color fastness properties for ultra bright colors.
UVX40
Utilizing a 40% Ultra-PE/60% polyester sailcloth face fabric, the UVX40 was designed to create the ultimate tear-resistant, abrasion-resistant, waterproof fabric for applications where top performance is essential and structural failure is not an option.
X50
Utilizes a Rugged 500d CORDURA® face fabric for a highly abrasion-resistant, tear-resistant, waterproof material.
UX10
Our lightest laminate yet, weighing 85g/m2 while boasting impressive strength specs. UX10 uses a 100% Ultra-PE (UHMWPE) weave with a Ciré finish for an impressively strong, abrasion resistant, pack fabric.
X50 CAMOUFLAGE
Our rugged X50 with a 500d CORDURA® face fabric in a traditional Multicam® pattern for a highly abrasion-resistant, tear-resistant, waterproof material.
X50 TACTICAL
Our rugged X50 features a CORDURA® mil-spec fabric elevated to tactical status with a 400d aramid X-PLY® which is lighter weight, stronger, and more abrasion-resistant.
WX21
WX21 utilizes our most popular 210D face fabric. We add a polyester warp insert for enhanced low-stretch and rip-stop properties.
X11
Featuring a natural cotton face combined with our X-Pac® X3 laminate construction. X-Pac® X11 provides a soft, cotton feel and appearance with added waterproof, low-stretch characteristics and contains sustainably grown cotton.
